This weekend has become all about sparkling wine. A Champagne class Friday, a phenomenal prix fixe meal with Champagne with the first course on Saturday (at Établi), and a Sparkling Wine Tasting at Maxwell for Sunday
While at Maxwell, I fan-girled at the person who first set me on the path to my CSW four years ago, and she told me about the WOW event happening tonight. So now I find myself having one of the best New York strips of my life and looking forward to more wine with soon-to-be colleagues. Zum Wohl!
